Q1. What are the terms and conditions of returning a product?
A1. You may return a product within a time span of 7 days from the date of delivery. A full refund shall be performed from our end. The product for exchange needs to be kept within its original box and it should not be used. If it is used, a refund cannot be issued.
Q2. How do I return a product?
A2. You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer staff shall guide you with regards to how you can return a purchased product. After we have received your package, we shall issue a full store credit voucher that can be utilized by you to purchase any product of the same price from our store. In case you have received a damaged product, we shall issue you a complete replacement. Under all other scenarios, you shall be eligible for receiving a store voucher. This process takes 5 to 7 business days and we only exchange products once. Exchanged products shall not be exchanged or returned again (multiple times).
Q3. Can I get my cash returned for a purchased product?
A3. We issue cash refund only if the product delivered is damaged. In all other circumstances we shall issue a store credit.
